General Situation The high-pressure system over upper Thailand is weakening. 1-3 C rise in temperature and morning fog are forecast for the upper country, but there remains cool to cold weather in the areas. Mountaintops also have cold to very cold weather. People keep healthy due to cold condition.
The northeast monsoon prevailing across the Gulf of Thailand and the South is weakening. The waves up to about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution.
