General Situation Another rather strong high-pressure system from China covers the Northeast. It will extend to the upper country by today
(18 January 2021). It will get colder condition, strong winds and decreasing temperatures by 3-5 C.
The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South. The strong wind and waves are likely in the Gulf of Thailand, 2-3 meters in the lower Gulf. All ships over the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and small boat in lower Gulf should keep ashore during 18-20 January 2021.
