General Situation The rather strong high-pressure system from China overs upper Thailand is weakening. There remains cool to cold weather likely over the area with a decrease in temperatures by 1-2 C mainly in the North while cold to very cold covers mountaintops with isolated frost. People keep healthy, due to the cold condition.
The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South leading to the strong wind and waves likely in the Gulf of Thailand. The waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the lower Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in lower Gulf keep ashore 1 a day.
