General Situation Another moderated high pressure from China covers upper Vietnam. It will extend to cover upper Thailand by tonight (28 January). Cool to cold with strong wind is likely over upper Thailand and 2-4C drop in the North and the Northeast while 1-3C drop in the Central, the East and Bangkok and vicinity. People over upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather.
The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South will strengthen. More rain is likely in the South.
