Stills cool with morning fog and dense fog in some aeras are likely over upper Thailand. All transports should take caution due to poor visibility. The weak northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with less rain in the South.
During 17 - 20 February 2021, another rather strong high pressure from China will extend to cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea cause isolated thundershowers with gusty wind on 17 February 2021. After that 2-4 C drop in temperature, cool to cold is expected over upper Thailand. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South will strengthen cause more rain in the South. The moderate wind and waves about 2 meters in the lower Gulf.
