During 23 - 27 February, the low pressure cell covers the upper Thailand. Increasing in temperature with hot during the day are forecast over the upper country while during 25 - 26 February, the upper westerly wind will prevail over upper Thailand with morning cool weather and temperature drop 1-3C. During 28 February ? 1 March, another moderate high pressure will extend to cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea while the southerly wind and the southeasterly wind prevails over the Northeast, the Central, the East including Bangkok and its vicinity with day hot occur over the country. Isolated thundershowers and gusty wind are expected in the areas. The weak easterly wind prevails over the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Isolated rains are likely over the South throughout the periods.

During 22 - 28 February, people over upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather and should beware of poor visibility. During 28 February ? 1 March, people over upper Thailand should beware of thundershowers. Residents should keep off unsecured buildings and outdoor places. Farmers should prepare for crop damage.
