During 24 - 27 February, the heat low covers the upper Thailand with increasing in temperature and hot during the day are forecast over the upper country while during 25 - 26 February, the upper westerly wind from Himalaya Range will prevail over the North with morning cool to cold weather and temperature drop 1-3C. During 28 February ? 2 March, another moderate high pressure will extend to cover the Northeast and the South China Sea while the southerly wind and the southeasterly wind prevails over the lower Northeast, the Central, the East including Bangkok and its vicinity. Day hot occur over the country. Isolated thundershowers and gusty wind are expected in the areas. The easterly wind prevails over the South and the Gulf of Thailand will strengthening. Isolated thundershowers are likely over the South.

During 24 - 27 February, people over upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather and should beware of poor visibility. During 28 February ? 2 March, people over upper Thailand should beware of thundershowers. Residents should keep off unsecured buildings and outdoor places. Farmers should prepare for crop damage.
