General Situation The heat low cell covers upper Thailand while the southerly and the southeasterly winds prevail over the lower North, the lower Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East regions. Hot and haze during the day are likely over the upper country with thundershowers and gusty winds. The southwesterly wind prevails across the Andaman Sea, the South, and the Gulf of Thailand with thundershowers and isolated heavy rain.
In addition, another moderate high pressure from China have reached southern China. And is expected to extend to the upper Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea today (16 April 2021), resulting the southerly and southeasterly winds over the lower North. The lower northeast, the central region, the eastern region, including Bangkok and vicinity. Meanwhile the westerly trough will move through the north Upper Northeast And the upper central region during 16 - 19 April \'64, while the upper Thailand has been in hot weather. Outbreaks of summer storms, as well as scattered thunderstorms with gusty winds and hail are expected over upper Thailand.

Northern Part Hot with day haze. Isolated thundershowers with isolated gusty winds mostly in Chiangrai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Phichit, Sukhothai, Kamphangphet and Tak.

Northeastern Part Hot with isolated thundershowers and gusty winds mostly in Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani, Yasothorn, Roi Et, Kalasin, Maha Sarakham, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum and Nakhon Ratchasima.

Central Part Hot with day haze. Isolated thundershowers with isolated gusty winds mostly in Nakhon Sawan,
Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.

Eastern Part Hot with day haze. Scattered thundershowers with isolated gusty winds
mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 33-37 C.
Southwesterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Wave below 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Southern Part (East Coast) Scattered thundershowers mostly in Petchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Pattalung, Songklhla, Yala and Pattani.
