During 19 - 20 April, the southwesterly wind prevail over the lower North, the lower Northeast, the Central, including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East regions. Meanwhile, the westerly trough move though the North cover the upper Northeast regions. Outbreaks of scattered thundershowers with gusty winds and isoalted heavy rain are expected over upper Thailand. The southwesterly wind prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand with thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in the areas. During 21 - 25 April, the upper Thailand is decreasing rain and temperature rise because the heat low cell covers upper Thailand. While the westerly winds prevail over the lower North, the lower Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East regions. Thundershowers and gusty winds are forecast in the areas. The southwesterly wind remains across the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand with thundershowers.
Typhoon ?SURIGAE? over the Pacific Ocean move north. This storm has no effect on Thailand.

During 19 - 20 April, people in upper Thailand should beware of the severe conditions. Farmers should prepare for crop?s damage.
