General Situation The high-pressure system from China covers the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. Meanwhile the confluence of the southeasterly and the southwesterly winds prevail across upper Thailand where hot weather occurs. This will lead to thunderstorms, gusty wind, hail, heavy rains and light strikes, likely in the North, the Northeast, the Central and Eastern regions. People should beware of the severe conditions by avoiding outdoor places, big trees, unsecured buildings and billboards. Farmers should prepare for crop?s damage.
The westerly and the southwesterly winds prevail across the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand with scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain.

mostly in Lamphun, Lampang, Nan, Kamphaeng Phet, Tak,
Sukhothai, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phichit and Phetchabun.
Minimum temperature 21-24 C. Maximum temperature 28-34 C.
Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Northeastern Part Scattered thunderstorms with isolated gusty wind and heavy rains
in Loei, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Mahasarakham, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Roi Et, Yasothon,
Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.

Central Part Fairly widespread thunderstorms with isolated gusty wind, hail and heavy rains

Suphan Buri, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Samut Songkhram, Samut Sakhon,
Nakhon Prathom, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.
