People should beware of the severe conditions by avoiding outdoor places, big trees, unsecured buildings and billboards. Farmers should prepare for crop?s damage.
The southwesterly and the southeasterly winds prevail across the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand with scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain.

Sukhothai, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phichit and Phetchabun.

Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.
