General Situation The high-pressure system from China covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Accompany with the southerly and the southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand to upper Thailand while the westerly trough from Myanmar is entering the upper North while hot weather in the North. Thunderstorms with gusty winds are forecast in upper Thailand and hail in the North. Isolated heavy rains are also possible. People in upper Thailand should beware of the severe conditions by avoiding from outdoor places, big trees, unsecured buildings and billboards. Farmers should prepare for crop?s damage.
For the Gulf of Thailand, the South and the Andaman Sea, the easterly and the southeasterly wind prevails across the areas. Isolated heavy rains are expected in the South.

in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phitsanulok, Sukhothai,
Uttaradit, Phichit, Phetchabun, Kamphaeng Phet and Tak.

Northeastern Part Scattered thunderstorms with gusty wind
mostly in Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen,
Surin, Buri Ram, Nakhon Ratchasima, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.
Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C.
Southeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Central Part Fairly widespread thunderstorms with gusty winds
mostly in Ratchaburi, Kanchanaburi, Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Nakhon Sawan, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Sing Buri,
Ang Thong, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Suphan Buri, Nakhon Pathom Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon.

Southeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern Part Fairly widespread thunderstorms with gusty winds and isolated heavy rain
in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.

Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern Part (East Coast) Fairly widespread thundershowers with isolated heavy rain
in Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat,
Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.
