Weather Forecast During 19 - 21 May, the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailnd, and the Gulf of Thailand. More rain with isolated heavy rain and gusty wind are likely in the Northeast, the South and the East. The moderates wind and wave is likely in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand about 2 meters and 1-2 meters in the Gulf of Thailand above 2 meters in thundershowers areas. During 22 - 25 May, the strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand, and the Gulf of Thailand. The monsoon though will lie across the lower North, the Central, the East and the lower Northeast. Isolated heavy rain is likely in the areas. The wind and wave in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand will strengthen 2-3 meters in the Andaman sea and about 2 meters in the Gulf of Thailand, above 3 meters in thundershowers areas.
During 22 - 25 May, the active low cells over the Bay of Bengal and the South China Sea are expected to intensify.

During 22 - 25 May, people in the Central, the East, the South should beware of from heavy rain. All ships in the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution in thundershower areas and small boat keep ashore.
