During 17-19 Aug, the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand is weakening while the low pressure covers upper Vietnam. The country is decreasing rain with with isolated heavy rain in the South (west coast). The wind and waves over the Andaman Sea 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters in thunder showers.

During 14 - 16 Aug, people over the risk areas in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East, and the South should beware of the severe conditions. All ships over the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution in thundershower areas.
