Less rains are likely over the country with isolated heavy rain in the lower South. During 19 - 23 Aug, the southwest monsoon remains over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand while the low pressure covers upper Vietnam. The easterly wind will move to the lower Northeast, the East, the lower Central and the upper Gulf. More rains with isolated heavy rains are likely in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East, and the South regions.
The wind and waves over the Andaman Sea are like aobut 1 meter high and 1 - 2 meters in thundershowers throughout the periods.

During 19 - 22 Aug, people over the risk areas in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East, and the South should beware of the severe conditions. All ships over the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution in thundershower areas.
