General Situation The strengthening southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand including the low pressure cell covers over upper Lao and upper Vietnam. More rain over the country and isolated heavy to very heavy rain in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South (west coast).
During 25-30 August, the monsoon trough will lie across the North, the Central and the Northeast. People in the risk areas should beware of the severe condition.

Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lamphang, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun and Tak.

Maximum temperature 31-34 C.

Northeastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Loei, Nong Kai, Nong Bua Lam Phu,
Udon Thani, Bung Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum,
Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram and Surin.

Central Part Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi,
Suphan Buri, Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Saraburi and Lop Buri.
