People should beware of the severe rain and its accumulation that may cause overflows and flash floods.

in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Tak, Sukhothai, Kamphaeng Phet, Uttaradit,
Phitsanulok and Phetchabun.

in Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon,
Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Yasothon, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Maha Sarakham, Surin and Ubon Ratchathani.
