General Situation The active monsoon trough lies across the Central, the East and the lower Northeast. Meanwhile, the strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Isolated heavy rains are possible for the lower Northeast, the Central, the East and the South regions. People in the risky areas of upper Thailand should watch for overflows and flash floods.
The strong wind and waves are likely in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand, 2-3 meters in the Andaman Sea, about 2 meters in the Gulf of Thailand and above 3 meters in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and small boat in the upper Andaman Sea should keep ashore.
Tropical storm ?CONSON? over the South China Sea is moving northwest. It is expected move to the Gulf of Tonkin during 12 - 13 September.

in Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nakhon Phanom, Sakon Nakhon,
Kalasin, Maha Sarakham, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Roi Et, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Si Sa Ket, Ubon Ratchathani and Amnat Charoen.
