General Situation The active monsoon trough lies across the lower North, the Central, and the lower Northeast. Meanwhile, the strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Isolated heavy to very heavy rains are possible for a whole country. People in the risky areas should watch for overflows and flash floods.
The strong wind and waves are likely in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand, 2-3 meters in the Andaman Sea, about 2 meters in the Gulf of Thailand and above 3 meters in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers while small boat in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should keep ashore until 14 September 2021.
The severe tropical storm ?CONSON? over the South China Sea is moving west. It is expected to intensify and move near the coast of upper Vietnam on 13 September. Thundershowers remain over Thailand with isolated heavy rain.

in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Lampang, Sukhothai,
Phitsanulok, Phichit, Phetchabun, Kamphangphet and Tak.

Northeastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains
in Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham,
Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.
