General Situation

The low-pressure cell covers the upper Andaman Sea while the monsoon trough lies across the upper South. Meanwhile, the southeasterly wind covers the upper country except for the North and the upper Northeast. Heavy rains are likely in some of the lower North, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the South regions. People should beware of severe conditions that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along the foothills near the waterways and lowlands.
The waves in the upper Gulf and the Andman Sea are 1-2 meters high and more than 2 meters high in thundershowers. The lower Gulf have waves about 1 meter high and above 1 meters high in thundershowers. All ships proceed with caution.

Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram and Surin.
Minimum temperature 22-25 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C.
Cool to cold on mountaintops: Minimum temperature 14-18 C.
Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani,
Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom,
Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon
Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 27-32 C.
Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Eastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains
in Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 30-32 C.
Southeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Phetchaburi,
Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat and Narathiwat.
Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 28-33 C.
Surat Thani upwards: Variable winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards: Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains
in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket and Krabi.
Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C.
Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters and about 2 meters in thundershowers.
