General Situation

The rather strong high-pressure system has covered upper Thailand with cool in the morning. The temperature will decrease by 1-3 degrees Celsius with strong winds first in the Northeast and the East and then by 1-2 degrees Celsius in the Northern and Central regions, including Bangkok and its vicinity. People keep healthy.
The low-pressure cell covers Sumatra, and the moderate northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf of Thailand the South and Andaman Sea. Less rain will be likely in the lower South, and there are also isolated heavy rains possible. People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the foothills near waterways and lowlands. The strengthening wind forces the waves in the lower Gulf up to about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the lower Gulf should proceed with caution.

Surat Thani upwards: Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr.

Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers in Krabi, Trang and Satun.
