The rather strong high-pressure system has covered upper Thailand with cool to cold, including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East. People keep healthy.
The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf of Thailand the South and Andaman Sea. The strengthening wind forces the waves in the lower Gulf up to 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the lower Gulf should proceed with caution. Small boat should keep ashove.
