The rather strong high-pressure system covers Thailand and the South China Sea while the westerly winds at high altitude prevails over the North. Cool to cold weather is likely in the North and the Northeast while morning cool is likely in the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South regions. People should keep healthy and beware of fire due to dry air and strong winds.
The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf of Thailand, the South and the Andaman Sea is weakening with isolated thundershowers in the lower South. The moderate wind forces the waves in the lower Gulf up to 1-2 meters high and in thundershowers more than 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
