Another rather strong high-pressure system from China will extend to upper Thailand and South China Sea causes cool to cold weather and strong winds. A decrease in temperature by 2?4 C is likely in the Northeast while 1?3 C decrease in temperature is possible in the North, the Central including Bangkok Metropolitan Region and the East regions. Meanwhile, the westerly trough at the high altitude passes the upper North with isolated rains in someplaces of the upper North. People should keep healthy and beware of fire due to dry air. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf of Thailand, the South and the Andaman Sea. The wind forces the waves in the lower Gulf up to 1-2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
