Another rather strong high-pressure system covers Thailand. Cool to cold weather, strong winds and a decrease in temperature by 1?2 C will be likely in the country. Meanwhile, the westerly wind at high altitude moves through the upper North with isolated light rain. People beware of fire due to dry air and strong winds. The northeast monsoon prevails acriss the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea. The wind forces the waves in the lower Gulf up to 1-2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
