The strong high pressure system covers Thailand and the South China Sea with cool to cold. People should keep healthy and beware of fire due to dry air.
The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf, the South of Thailand and the Andaman Sea is weakening with isolated heavy rains in the lower South. People in the lower South should beware of heavy rains and accommulated rains. The rather strong wind forces the waves up to 2-3 meters high in the Gulf and in thundershowers more than 3 meters high. People along the South (east coast) should beware of inshore surges. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the Gulf keep ashore.

Southern (East Coast)
Upper portion: Morning cool.
Lower portion: Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains
mostly in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.

Surat Thani upwards: Northeasterly winds 20-40 km/hr.
Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards: Northeasterly winds 20-45 km/hr.
Wave height 2-4 meters and above 4 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Krabi, Trang and Satun.
Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 30-32 C.
Northeasterly winds 20-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters and offshore about 2 meters.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Morning cool with fog.
