During 24 - 25 Mar and 30 Mar 2023, the heat low-pressure cell covers upper Thailand, hot to very hot with haze during the day. At the same time, the southerly and the southwesterly winds prevail over the lower Northeast, the lower Central and the East causing isolated thundershowers and gusty wind. During 26 - 29 Mar 2023, the moderate high-pressure system from China will extend to the Northeast and the South China Sea while hot to very hot weather occurs over the upper country. At the same time, the southerly and the southeasterly winds prevail over upper Thailand. Outbreak of thunderstorms with gusty wind and hail will begin in the Northeast at the first stage, then the North, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South regions. The southeasterly and the northwesterly winds prevail over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea. There remain isolated thundershowers in the South throughout the period.
Caution
People should keep healthy due to hot weather throughout the period. During 26 - 29 Mar 2023, People in the upper country should beware of the severe condition by keeping off open-air, big trees and unsecured billboards, and farmers should prevent for crop damage.
