During 13 - 17 Mar, the heat low-pressure cell covers upper Thailand with hot to very hot and haze during the day. Meanwhile, the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the lower Northeast, the lower central and the East regions with isolated thundershowers. After that, moderate high pressure system from China will cover the Northeast and the South China Sea while there are hot to very hot weather and the southerly and southeasterly winds cover the lower North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. Thunderstorms will be over the Northeast together with gusty wind, thunder and possile hail in some areas. During 12 - 17 Mar, the moderate easterly and southeasterly winds prevailing over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea will weaken with isolated thundershowers. The weakening wind and waves in the Gulf are likely about 1 meter high and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.

During 11 - 12 Mar, People in the upper Thailand should beware of severe condition by keeping off big trees and unsecured billboards. People in the upper Thailand should keep healthy due to hot to very hot. All ships in the Gulf and Andaman sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers throughout the period.
