General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system from China extends to upper Thailand and the South China Sea while the easterly and southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf. Meanwhile, the westerly trough from Myanmar will move pass the North and upper Laos with isolated thundershowers, gust and hail in the North. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to change weather and beware of severe condition. The easterly and southeasterly winds prevailing over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea is strengthening with more rain. The wind and waves over the lower Gulf are likely 1- 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers.

Scattered thunderstorms with gust and hails mostly in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Sukhothai, Tak and Kamphaeng Phet. Minimum temperature 17-23 C. Maximum temperature 29-37 C. Southeasterly winds 10-15 km/hr.
Northeastern
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Loei, Chaiyaphum and Nakhon Ratchasima. Minimum temperature 18-22 C. Maximum temperature 26-35 C. Northeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers with gust mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Suphanburi, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 22-24 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 22-26 C. Maximum temperature 30-35 C. Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon and Surat Thani. Minimum temperature 22-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Chumphon upward: Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. Surat Thani downward: Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Day hot. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Ranong and Phang Nga. Minimum temperature 22-26 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high offshore and in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C. Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
