General Situation

The heat low-pressure cell covers upper Thailand with hot to very hot and haze during the day while the high pressure from China covers the Northeast and the South China Sea. The southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the upper country. Isolated thundershowers with gusty wind are forecast in these areas. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to hot to very hot weather and beware of thundershowers with gusty wind. The easterly and southeasterly winds prevailing over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea with isolated thundershowers. The wind and waves in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea are likely about 1 meter high and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northern
Day hot to very hot and haze. Isolated thundershowers with gust mostly in Kamphaeng Phet, Phitsanulok, Phichit and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 17-23 C. Maximum temperature 36-40 C. Southwesterly winds 5-15 km/hr.
Northeastern
Day hot and haze. Scattered thundershowers with gust mostly in Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 18-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-37 C. Southeasterly winds 10-15 km/hr.
Central
Day hot and haze. Isolated thundershowers with gust mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chainat, Sing Buri, Ang Thong, Lopburi, Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Suphanburi and Nakhon Pathom. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 36-39 C. Southerly winds 10-15 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers with gust mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo and Chachoengsao. Minimum temperature 26-28 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Day hot. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-37 C. Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Day hot. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 25-26 C. Maximum temperature 36-38 C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high offshore and in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Day hot and haze. Isolated thundershowers with gust. Minimum temperature 27-28 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Southerly winds 10-20 km/hr.
