At the same time, the westerly trough move pass Myanmar and the upper North. Outbreak of summer storms are possible following with thunderstorms, gusty wind and hail including lightning strike in upper Thailand. The easterly and southeasterly winds prevails over the Gulf and the South with isolated thundershowers in the South. The wind and waves in the lower Gulf is likely 1 ? 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the upper Gulf and the Andaman Sea, the waves have about 1 meter high and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. During 12 - 17 Apr, the heat low-pressure cell covers upper Thailand with hot to very hot and haze during the day. At the same time, the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the lower Northeast, the lower Central and the East regions while the confluence of southwesterly and southerly winds prevail over the North, the North and the upper Central during 14 ? 17 Apr with isolated thundershowers, gust and hail in the areas. The easterly and southeasterly winds prevailing over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea will weaken with isolated thundershowers. The weakening wind and waves in the lower Gulf is likely about 1 meter high, below 1 meter high in the upper Gulf and the Andaman Sea and above 1 meters high in thundershowers.
