At the same time, the southwesterly and southerly winds prevail over the upper country with isolated thundershowers and gusty wind throughout the period. During 24 ? 25 Apr, the westerly trough from Myanmar will move pass the upper North and upper Laos while the confluence of southwesterly and southerly winds prevail over the upper country. Summer storms are possible following with thunderstorms, gusty wind and hail including lightning strike in the upper country. For the South, during 22 ? 25 Apr, the westerly and northwesterly winds prevail over the Andaman Sea and the upper South while the southeasterly wind prevails over the lower Gulf and the lower South while during 26 ? 28 Apr, the easterly and southeasterly winds prevails over the lower Gulf, the lower South and the lower Andamana Sea. Isolated thundershowers are likely in the South and isolated heavy rains are possible in the South (west coast).

People in the upper country should keep healthy due to hot to very hot weather throughout the period. During 24 ? 25 Apr, people in the upper country should stay safe from severe weather conditions by keeping off outdoor places, large trees and unsecured buildings.
