General Situation

The heat low-pressure cell covers upper Thailand with hot to very hot and haze during the day. People in the country should keep healthy due to hot to very hot weather. At the same time, the southwesterly and southerly winds prevail over the upper country with isolated thundershowers and gusty wind. People in the areas should beware of severe conditions. The northwesterly winds prevail over the Andaman Sea and the South while the easterly winds prevail over the lower Gulf with isolated thundershowers in the lower South. The wind and waves in the Andaman Sea are likely about 1 meter high and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with cautions and keep off thundershowers. Addition, during 24?25 Apr, the westerly trough from Myanmar will move pass the upper North and upper Laos while the confluence of southwesterly and southerly winds prevail over the upper country. Summer storms are possible following with thunderstorms, gusty wind and hail including lightning strike in the upper country.

Central
Day hot to very hot with haze. Isolated thundershowers with gusty wind mostly in Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Uthai Thani and Lopburi. Minimum temperature 27-30 ?C. Maximum temperature 39-42 ?C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Day hot with haze and isolated very hot. Isolated thundershowers and gusty wind mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 27-30 ?C. Maximum temperature 36-41 ?C. Southerly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Day hot and isolated very hot. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Songkhla, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 24-30 ?C. Maximum temperature 35-40 ?C. Westerly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Day hot. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 25-29 ?C. Maximum temperature 35-38 ?C. Northwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers and offshore.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Day hot to very hot with haze and isolated very hot. Isolated thundershowers. Minimum temperature 28-30 ?C. Maximum temperature 37-41 ?C. Southerly winds 10-25 km/hr.
