During 29 Apr ? 2 May, the heat low-pressure cell covers upper Thailand with hot to very hot and haze during the day. At the same time, the southwesterly and southerly winds prevail over the upper country with isolated thundershowers and gusty wind. During 3 ? 5 May, the westerly trough move pass the upper North and the upper Northeast. Meanwhile the confluence of southwesterly and southerly winds prevails over the Northeast, the East and western part of the North and the Central regions while hot to very hot occurs in the upper country. Summer storms are possible following with thunderstorms, gusty wind and hail including lightning strike in the upper country. For the South, during 30 Apr ? 5 May, the northwesterly and westerly winds prevail over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf remain isolated thundershower in the South.
Caution
During 29 Apr ? 2 May, people in the upper country should keep healthy due to hot to very hot weather and beware of severe conditions. During 3 ? 5 May, people in the upper country should stay safe from severe weather conditions by keeping off outdoor places, large trees and unsecured buildings.
