Mr. Enzo Peroni was knighted and granted the 'Order of the Star of Italian Solidarity' by the President of Italy for his contributions to promote Italian culture worldwide. Enjoy a tantalizing five course dinner paired with a five carefully selected wines from Cafe' Buongiorno at THB 2,900++.
Highlights of the menu are Japanese Hokkaido scallops served with green peas and Spanish bacon in white wine sauce as the first course. Followed by Risotto Carnaroli with spicy chorizo, tomato and parmesan cheese as the second course and the main course will be Hay Smocked slow cooked Chuck roll, polenta, pecorino cheese, grilled corn and popped kernels. Lastly, finish your perfect dinner with our dessert, Mascarpone Ice nougat with dried fruit.
