Hong Kong Fisherman, a Hong Kong-style Chinese restaurant that has been open for more than 16 years, presents the legendary deliciousness of "rice dumpling" to celebrate the Dragon Boat festival, an important festival of Chinese people for enhancing the prosperity of life and family. This year, Hong Kong Fisherman, led by a Hong Kong chef with over 40 years of culinary expertise, has created the original Hong Kong recipe of rice dumpling made with the finest sticky rice stir fried with oil and stuffed with Hong Kong roasted duck, salted egg yolk, shiitake mushroom, chestnuts, and ginkgo which benefits the brain and memory. What's more, peanuts, green beans, and Chinese sausage are added, all wrapped in lotus leaf and bamboo leaves and then steamed until fragrant. It's even more delicious when eaten in the original Hong Kong style with sugar and Hong Kong soy sauce. You can enjoy this auspicious menu to welcome the Dragon Boat festival at the price of 180 baht per piece from 28 May until 9 June 2019 at Hong Kong Fisherman.
