Liu, Conrad Bangkok's highly-acclaimed Chinese restaurant, is inviting couples to celebrate Valentine's Day in style with a special new menu that is sure to fan the flames of romance.
Available for dinner on Friday, 14 February 2020, this sensational six-course set menu has been masterfully crafted by Cantonese Chef Andy Fung. It features a series of indulgent ingredients, with a choice of main courses for seafood or meat lovers including;
- Crispy duck skin sandwich with French foie gras, and chilled Boston lobster salad with tropical fruit, topped with caviar
- Buddha Jumps Over the Wall soup, containing a rich variety of premium seafood such as fish maw, abalone, sea cucumber, sea conch and conpoy
- A choice of pan-fried Hotate scallops with a rich truffle sauce or pan-fried Australian Angus beef tenderloin with black pepper sauce
- Steamed snow fish fillet with wild mushroom and Parma ham
- Baked wok-fried rice with seafood, topped with cream sauce
- Mini mango pudding and baked egg milk tart, topped with a bird's nest
