Noble Development Public Company Limited (Noble) revealed the total 2019 revenue amounted to THB 15,039 million, the highest ever performance since the Company’s Establishment. This result represented 191.8% growth Y-o-Y with the net profit of THB 3,071 million, rising by 211.2% compared to the same period last year. Hence, the Company also announced dividend payment of THB 2.20 per share.
Mr. Thongchai Busrapan, Chairman and Co-CEO of Noble Development Public Company Limited, said “Noble plans to pay the Dividend to shareholders for the second half 2019 performance at THB 2.20 per share, on the back of the Company’s strong financial position and solid operating result. The key factors of our solid business performance and the strong dividend payout were driven from the outstanding performance of the completed projects including Noble Ploenchit, Noble Revolve Ratchada, Noble Revolve Ratchada 2, Noble Recole, and Noble BE33, which hit the transferred target and still continuously generated new sales and transfer for the Company to date.
Moreover, the Company has generated the sale backlog in excess of THB 17 billion, which will be realized during 2020 to 2023, together with the inventory and projects under construction with the total value more than THB 15 billion. Combined together, this translate into Company’s revenue of THB 32 billion to be realized in the next 3 years. Therefore, the Company is confident to generate more than THB 10 billion p.a. from this year onwards. In the first quarter of 2020, the Company plans to move forward with the business operation by launching the new “NUE” condominium project, with high confidence to receive a great response from the customers, since the project location is located in the prime location of Ngamwongwan, which is adjacent to the future mass transit line. However, the Company will be responsive to the prevailing market situation to adopt the appropriate strategy too. With the successful performance and impressive operating result, the Board of Directors of the Company No.1/2020 held on 27 February 2020 has resolved the dividend payment for the second half 2019 performance at the rate of THB 2.20 per share which will be proposed to the annual general shareholder's meeting on 29 April 2020 for the approval and payment date, expected to be made in during May, 2020. Mr. Thongchai concluded, “This year, the Company has also joined hands with the strategic partners to develop at least two new projects on the selected prime locations. The Company also aims to grow the operation internationally by investing in highly promising property assets both in Thailand and overseas to generate revenue and to expand our business base in the years to come”.
