ในโอกาสที่อันดอร์ราได้มีการจัดตั้งรัฐบาลชุดใหม่ โดยนาย Antoni Marti Petit ดำรงตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีของอันดอร์รา และนาย Gilbert Saboya Sunye ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ
นายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีถึงนาย Antoni Marti Petit และนายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึง นาย Gilbert Saboya Sunye ดังนี้
