ด้วยเมื่อวันที่ ๒๒ มิถุนายน ๒๕๕๔ สาธารณรัฐฟินแลนด์ได้ประกาศจัดตั้งรัฐบาลชุดใหม่ ในการนี้ นายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังนาย Jyrki Katainen นายกรัฐมนตรี และนาย Erkki Tuomioja รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศของฟินแลนด์ ตามลำดับ ดังนี้
