ตามที่มีสารจากประธานาธิบดีอิหร่าน และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศอิหร่าน เนื่องในโอกาสวันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา ๕ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๖ ในการนี้ นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหม และนายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความขอบคุณถึงประธานาธิบดีอิหร่าน และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศอิหร่านตามลำดับ ดังนี้
