ตามที่บอสเนียและเฮอร์เชโกวีนาได้ประสบอุทกภัยครั้งรุนแรง และโคลนถล่มในหลายพื้นที่ นายนิวัฒน์ธำรง บุญทรงไพศาล รักษาการนายกรัฐมนตรี และนายพงษ์เทพ เทพกาญจนา รองนายกรัฐมนตรี รักษาการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงนายกรัฐมนตรีบอสเนียฯ และรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศบอสเนียฯ ดังนี้

I have learned with profound sadness of the recent flash flooding caused by torrential rains and subsequent landslides in many areas of Bosnia and Herzegovina, causing extensive damage and a significant loss of lives.
On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the people of Thailand, I wish to express my deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to Your Excellency, and through you, to all those who were affected by this natural disaster. I wish your country and speedy and full recovery.
