ด้วยรัฐสภายูเครนได้อนุมัติการแต่งตั้งนาย Pavlo A. Klimkin ให้ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศยูเครน เมื่อวันที่ 19 มิถุนายน 2557 ในการนี้ นายสีหศักดิ์ พวงเกตุแก้ว ปลัดกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศยูเครน ดังนี้
