เนื่องในวันที่ ๒๘ พฤศจิกายน เป็นวันประกาศเอกราชของแอลเบเนีย พลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี และพลเอกธนะศักดิ์ ปฏิมาประกร รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีเนื่องในโอกาสดังกล่าว ดังนี้

On behalf of the Government and the people of Thailand, I wish to extend to Your Excellency my sincere felicitations and best wishes on the auspicious occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Albania.
I hope that the cordial relations existing between Thailand and Albania for more than two decades will be further strengthened in the years ahead. I also believe that consistently promoting political and economic cooperation as well as people-to-people exchange will lay down a strong foundation for mutually beneficial ties between our two countries and peoples.
