เนื่องในโอกาสที่นาย Jo?l Morgan ได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศและการขนส่งสาธารณรัฐเซเชลส์ พลเอก ธนะศักดิ์ ปฏิมาประกร รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีเนื่องในโอกาสดังกล่าว ดังนี้

I have the honour to extend to Your Excellency, on behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the people of Thailand, my sincere congratulations and warm wishes on Your Excellency’s appointment as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Transport of the Republic of Seychelles.

I am confident that, under your able leadership, the amicable ties and friendship already existing between our two countries, both bilaterally and multilaterally, will be further strengthened and broadened. I look forward to working closely with Your Excellency to promote issues of mutual interest for the benefit of our two countries and peoples.
