ในโอกาสวันชาติของสาธารณรัฐบัลแกเรียในวันที่ 3 มีนาคม พลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี และพลเอกธนะศักดิ์ ปฏิมาประกร รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดี ถึงนายกรัฐมนตรีบัลแกเรียและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศบัลแกเรีย ตามลำดับ ดังนี้

On behalf of the Government and the people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I have the honour to extend to Your Excellency and the people of Bulgaria my sincere congratulations and best wishes on the auspicious occasion of the Republic of Bulgaria’s national day - Liberation Day.
I hope that the cordial relations existing between Thailand and Bulgaria for more than four decades will be further strengthened in the years ahead. I also believe that consistently promoting political and economic cooperation as well as people-to-people exchanges will lay down a strong foundation for mutually beneficial ties between our two countries and peoples.
