เมื่อวันที่ 12 กุมภาพันธ์ 2553 นายอภิสิทธ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังนาย Karolos Papoulias ประธานาธิบดีสาธารณรัฐเฮลเลนิก (กรีซ) ในโอกาสที่ได้รับการเลือกตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งดังกล่าวเป็นสมัยที่ 2 เมื่อวันที่ 3 กุมภาพันธ์ ที่ผ่านมา ดังนี้
