ด้วย The Overseas Human Resources and Industry Development Association (HIDA) ให้ทุนอบรม เรื่อง “ The Program on Industrial Relations (IR) and Human ResourceManagement (HRM) [ERPM] ระหว่างวันที่ 10 - 21 มิถุนายน 2013 At HIDA Tokyo Kenshu Center , Japan. รวมระยะเวลา 12 วัน
โดยมีเงื่อนไขและคุณสมบัติของผู้สมัครดังต่อไปนี้
(1) Junior managers and/or middle-level staff members who are likely to become future leaders of employers’ organizations or their member companies, especially, persons who have responsibilities in the field of IR and HRM.
(2) Persons in member companies/organizations who have been recognized by the employers’ organization as suitable to attend the program and have been given a letter of recommendation by their employer.
(3) Persons who can most benefit from the program and apply the lessons of the program in their daily working environment
(4) Persons who are able to fully complete the program and to carry out two tasks.One task is to make a presentation on their ‘Action Plan’ on the final day of theprogram and to send a modified ‘Action Plan’ to HIDA upon their return home. Theother is to send the ‘Evaluation Sheet for the Participant’s Organization’ to HIDAupon their return home.
(5) Persons who are able to disseminate the learning experiences and knowledgeacquired from the program after returning to their organization with thecooperation of their Employers’ Organization.
(6) Persons who graduated from either a four-year college or university course, orhave an equivalent educational background.
(7) Persons who are not over the age of 45 and not younger than 26. (*).
Persons’ birthday should be between 22 July 1967 and 9 June 1987.
(8) Persons who are physically and mentally able to attend the program. In ensuringgood health, pregnant candidates are not considered.
(9) Persons who have a good command of both written and spoken English.
(If a candidate was not educated in English, a document which proves his/herEnglish proficiency, e.g., official TOEFFL or TOEIC score, should be attached.)
(10) Persons should not be students or armed forces personnel.
(11) Persons who have attended neither Employers’ Organization Cooperation Program previouslyin Japan over the past five years.
สภาองค์การนายจ้างฯ (อีคอนไทย) จะเปิดรับสมัครตั้งแต่วันศุกร์ที่ 12 เมษายน 2556 เป็นต้นไป ปิดรับสมัครวันอังคารที่ 7 พฤษภาคม 2556 กำหนดสอบข้อเขียนและสัมภาษณ์ในวันพุธที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2556 เวลา 13.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 2 อาคารบางกอกเคเบิ้ล 2 (ค่าลงทะเบียนสอบท่านละ 1,000 บาท ใช้สิทธิ์สอบได้ 2 รั้ง) เอกสารประกอบการสมัคร ดังนี้

(9) Photocopy of a passport, an election card, a driver’s license or any other identification document issued by a public organization in the candidate’s country containing the candidate’s name in full, a photo of the candidate and his/her home address
