The Islamic Chamber of Commerce & Industry in collaboration with the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), Assumption University of Thailand (AU) and the Thai Islamic Trade and Industrial Association (TITIA) is organizing the 6th and Final Meeting of the OIC Task Force on SMEs in Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand on August 15-17, 2008 at Assumption University of Thailand, Suvarnabhumi Campus.
The main objective is to promote the conditions necessary for the growth and development of the SME sector, including the following core issues: (a) A favorable policy and regulatory environment (b) Strong, sustainable Institutions providing financial assistance (c) Improved market access (d) Training (e) Management tools (f) Technology (g) Skills and links with support Institutions.
