Bangkok--22 Jul--Siam PR Consultant Dow Chemical Thailand, led by Mr. Phayoongsak Pisanpattanakul (5rd from left), Plastics Envelope Manufacturing Leader, partners with the Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate (IEAT), the Rayong Skill Development Center, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, the Rayong Community Enterprise in Honor of His Majesty’s 80th Anniversary, and the Map Ta Phut Municipality together signed a MOU for the establishment of a Community Skilled Worker Center in Honor of His Majesty The King (CSWC) to offer technical skill training and promote community success in Rayong. It's also the public and other agencies participated in its planning and operations in order to achieve a long-term success together.
